Founder and CEO

Joshua Maa is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prestigechina Inc., the world’s largest independent mobile ad platform company since 2016. The company has established businesses in two emerging markets, including China and India. It is the leading mobile advertising company in China and the largest mobile advertising company in terms of market share for brand advertisers in India.

He is also the co-founder and board member of MMA China, and the Chairman of Mobile Ad Standards & Measurement Guideline Committee. He is dedicated to draft and establish mobile ad standards and guidelines and help to promote them in practice for all the participants in China market.

Before founding Prestigechina, Joshua Maa was EVP at TOM Online, where he managed the Wireless Business & Operations and International Business Development teams, and helped Tom become the largest Wireless Value-Added Service Provider by revenue in China in 2005.

Before TOM Online, Joshua was the Founding CEO of Rock Mobile Corporation, Greater China's leading Mobile Music Entertainment Service Provider.

Milind Pathak

Cheif Operating Officer

Prior to joining Prestigechina, Pathak was a part of the One97 Communications’ leadership team in India.

Pathak moved to digital domain in 2005 as Buongiorno co-CEO and country manager and was responsible for setting up the company’s successful operations in India.

He has over two decades of experience in sales, business development, marketing and strategy.
